黎 明 在 天 鹅 河 畔
这是夏天清晨在西澳柏斯市郊天鹅河畔的宁静漂亮景观，夏季的黎明比较早，大约清晨五点就天亮了，让习惯了热带日出日落时间的人们以为是早晨七点钟，于是画者就出门去寻找可入画的绮丽风景。此时那些富裕的游艇主人可能还在甜蜜的睡梦中，这美丽的河畔才会那么地宁静。他先用铅笔把游艇勾勒之后才开始上色，左边的茂盛树木则如彩绘中国水墨作品般地轻快写意，让画者在创作之时增添不少乐趣！
这幅美丽风景作品于2014年获得新加坡水彩画会之评选委员会评定合格参与该会主办的常年美展，且又被刊登于水彩画会该年出版的 《当今水彩》 第89页面。

This is a scenic serenity in the early hours of summer morning at the Swan River Bank in Applecross, a suburb of Perth, Western Australia. Sun rises very early during summer season, the riverside where these yachts were docking was still pretty quiet, most properly those well to do yacht owners were still having their sweet dreams in beds. He started to apply watercolour immediately after those boats were sketched, the trees were painted without sketching like what he dose for his Chinese brush paintings.
