从通往柏斯市中心的雅德莱街遥望可以看到这片漂亮的市区景观。这是一个秋天的早晨，气温偏低、风势强劲，画者只好在车内作画。先用铅笔仔细地把摩天楼勾勒之后，才开始上色，红色的枫树是以中国彩墨画法来完成的。

这幅绮丽壮观的风景作品成功获得评选委员会批准参与新加坡水彩画会于2014年举办的常年美展，且被刊登于水彩画会该年出版的《当今水彩》第88页面。

This is a very beautiful angle to look at the City of Perth from Adelaide Terrace. The temperature was rather low and the wind was pretty strong in this lovely autumn morning that the impressionist had to do this scenic painting in his car. All the spectacular sky scrappers were carefully sketched except those red maple trees. Traditional technique of Chinese brush painting was applied to paint those red maple trees.

This piece of scenic watercolour painting【Autumn in Perth】was qualified by the appointed committee for participation in Singapore Watercolour Society‘s annual exhibition in 2014 and was featured in the society’s souvenir art book《Watercolour Today》on page 88.
